February meeting – Dr Rebecca Pinner – Poetry, Politics & Propaganda in Medieval East Anglia

Following her talk last year on King Edmund, for our February meeting we welcome back Dr Rebecca Pinner from UEA. Her talk this time will be Poetry, Politics & Propaganda in Medieval East Anglia: the Story of a Remarkable Medieval Manuscript.

We will be meeting at a new venue this time, Wortwell Community Centre, Tunbeck Close, Wortwell, IP20 0HS, access via Wortwell High Road and Tunbeck Close. We’re meeting in the Waveney Room at the usual time, 2.00pm and the usual refreshments will be available with some interesting new biscuit variations.
