Quiz 2017

A few hardy souls braved the cold and fired up brain cells which had been addled by Christmas and the New Year to compete for the glittering prizes on offer in our annual quiz which was also the first meeting of this new year.

Though provoking questions were provided by Andrew, many of which elicited mutterings of “blast! I know this” and /or furtive whisperings. The last round was a sheet of ‘Dingbats’ which should have come with a Nurofen warning.

Everyone learned something and everyone had a laugh so in all a good afternoon to make a start on what should prove to be an exciting year of activities.
